AXIOM is a Class “A” energy efficient professional office project developed by Sansone Companies. This 160,000 SF project is comprised of two 80,000 SF 4-story office buildings fronting the I-215 Beltway. AXIOM will be constructed in two phases with Phase I, which is currently under construction, consisting of one 80,000 SF 4-story office building along with a four level parking structure. Phase I construction is estimated to be completed Q2 of 2021 and Phase II completed Q3 of 2022.
